I am excited to discover Yoga Planet with you. By my unique imagination, I will accompany with you on the journey going back the yoga’s story world. Well! I am sorry. I got a little lost in children’s fantasy world.
However, I want to share that whenever I think about Yoga Planet, my mind seems to turn on “children” mode. You know what? I can see the world through a child’s eye at that time. In that world, imagination never be limited and people are really closed together. This is the reason I decided to choose Yoga Planet for my next journey. I know yoga is good, but how to bring all of those yoga’s benefit to kids, let find out by discovering Yoga Planet with me.
Smiling and heading in the future is my lifestyle. I am just a little sand grain in a large desert. Therefore, I always open the heart to get new things in the world.
Being adults is not easy due to the pressure of work load and worries. Yet, being children is not easy either having to study subjects we are not interested in and following suit to what we are told. Is there a place where adults can play like children? A place where children can fully be themselves? I’ve found Yoga Planet, home to lovely open-minded kid yoga teachers. Here, we play and learn interchangeably, are not only dynamically on our feet but also calmly guided inwards to our breaths, and balance our movements and minds through interesting adventurous stories.
Working with children brings me a sense of peace and security since they are pure souls, not polished or judging, and amazingly creative. Are you looking for a place full of children’s laughter being free in their unicorn world? Yoga Planet is waiting for you!
Hi everyone, hi The whole World and The big Universe!
Today, Im here by a Magic Carpet. Another day I will come by a Magic Door or by a Miniature Tunnel, right? Im so exicited to go to different places that I can choose a suitable vehicle myself.
I’ll prepare carefully for every adventures because the lastest visit to Yoga Planet, I forgot to bring with an umbrella and it was pouring rain … hix, but it’s okay, there was a supper funny Rainy day with the Yoga family up there. So little kids, What are you waiting for? Let’s join with me, and toghether, we will dive into the ocean to meet the Whale family or go to the North Pole to visit Santa’s Toy factory.
Well, there is also suggestion for me to go underground to visit the family of Earthworms, so interesting. I can’t stop this eagerness anymore. We’ll say the secret words which is “N.A.M.A.S.T.E” together and Let’s GO !!!!
Dear Mom and Dad, I believe that every child has their own story. In order to teach and guide a child, I make them trust through observing, understanding and respecting them. And especially at the age of children, they are learning how to “Touch” the surrounding world by the 5 senses and all levels of emotions, so, adults should open their mind and heart receive strange things with your kids.
With experience as a yoga coach for adults, I know the positive things Yoga brings to our body and mind. And as a mom of 2 kids, I know that communicating yoga to children needs creativity and lots of fun. Therefore, I chose to become a teacher of Yoga planet – The place created by the children’s imagination, where they are free to create, play and exercise yoga through stories and adventures.
Yoga class is designed with activities and still activities to help children practice listening to their bodies and feeling their emotions clearly. What’s a beautiful connection.
So, what are you waiting for, let’s start the journey!!!

Cuc is a Kindergatern teacher, so passionate about working with children, living and loving a life defined by Yoga. Her speciality is both with the young and the young at heart. However, she embraces any and all who are willing to learn the skills that are required to both practice and teach Yoga.
With over a decade of experience in the education industry, Cuc is continuously expanding her own knowledge with regular updates in yoga kid teacher. She understands all too well the uncertainty of taking a leap of faith into the vastly unknown and will guide, support and encourage you to achieve your goals.
